Pilates goes deep, using resistance to strengthen while it stretches. With over 500 challenging exercises, our reformer, tower, chair, and barrel mean business.

STRONG GROUP CLASSES

Engage in the latest bootcamp style class that will leave you wanting more!  3 stations with only 6 minutes per station for results driven cardio, strength, core, and balance!

Indoor cycling, BOSU, Dumbbells, and Suspension training all in one strong class.  

Private Training Sessions

Private sessions are designed with the whole body in mind, increasing strength, flexibility, and core. Each session is tailored to individual goals which means a variety of methods and equipment may be used. Pilates equipment, CoreAlign, MOTR, SmartBells, Bodhi Suspension, Gliders, Battle Ropes, Sandbells, and more!
